Scott joined WestBridge from Kaupthing Investment Bank. Working in the leveraged finance team, Scott gained 4 years experience structuring and executing private equity transactions predominantly in the leisure and retail sectors in the UK mid-market. Prior to Kaupthing, he was part of the corporate finance team of Grant Thornton advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, completing a number of private equity transactions in the SME market. Scott qualified as a chartered accountant from Ernst & Young and holds an honours degree in economics and accounting.
