WFM takes an active role in the ongoing support, development and monitoring of its investments by either appointing a non-executive director to the Board or undertaking regular monitoring.

WFM maintains a database of experienced individuals from a diverse range of sectors who are able to provide support to our investee companies through their appointment either as a non-executive director or interim manager. WFM is always keen to develop relationships with experienced individuals who are able to support both current and future investee companies.
